Job Description

The Role:

As part of the new Innovation and Marketing function, we’re looking for an Innovation Manager who will lead a team of Product Development Coordinators to research, design and develop new products and services to grow our customer and stakeholder offer and generate new income for Thirteen.

The Person:

You will be an experienced manager with an in-depth understanding of innovation projects and experience of new product development to achieve business growth. You will have a strong commercial approach to understanding customer needs with the ability to identify and progress opportunities that will enhance the customer experience and accelerate innovation projects across Thirteen.
