Electrical Compliance Team Manager – Permanent Role 

We are looking to appoint an Electrical Compliance Team Manager (EICR Team) on a permanent role within our Property Services Team.

  • Electrical Compliance Team Manager (EICR Team) - permanent role 
  • Salary is £39,152 per annum plus essential car user allowance of £2012 per annum  
  • Location to be agreed: Gosforth, Newburn or Stanley 
  • 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working  
  • Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with a £550 flexible pot towards enhanced benefits, which can be used as a salary top-up. 

The Role of Electrical Compliance Team Manager 

This is an existing role within our Compliance team to work alongside another team manager delivering cyclical electrical testing and our smoke alarm replacement program, managing both an in-house team of electricians and sub-contractors, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues across Karbon. It is required to assist with the continued growth of the team and our commitment to keep our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders safe. 

You will also be relied upon by other colleagues within Property Services to provide technical advice in relation to electrical compliance. 

You will report into the Electrical Compliance Manager and be responsible for delivering a high quality, cost effective electrical compliance service that keeps our customers and partners safe. You will provide effective leadership and management to your team to achieve targets, KPIs and high levels of customer service.
