An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader, within our Customer Relationship Team.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Team Leader – Permanent Role

We are looking to appoint an experienced individual to undertake the post of Team Leader within our Customer Relationship Team. Supporting a team of multi channel Customer Relationship Advisors, you will lead, coach and mentor your team to deliver fantastic customer experience and performance related KPI’s.

Here is some key information you’ll want to know right away:

·         This is a permanent role

·         Monday – Friday with various shifts available during our operating hours of 8am-6pm

·         Salary is £28,050 per annum

·         The role is located at our Stanley office

·         Travel may be required occasionally

·         37 Hours per week with flexi time
