Job Description

What are we looking for?

If you’re studying AAT or AAT qualified and want to join a great team then read on. This is a new role that you will help shape alongside existing colleagues that were shortlisted for ‘Team of the Year’ in the 2022 North East Accountancy Awards.

This role focuses upon managing rental income and service charges from our customers. This is core to our business, and if you’re energetic, competent and resilient we want to hear from you. We want you to demonstrate how you’ve added value in previous roles; showcasing your ability as someone who genuinely makes a difference, capable of providing great outcomes for customers and colleagues.

It’s not essential that you have worked within the Housing sector, but it you’re confident using Financial Management systems and have an analytical mindset backed up with great Microsoft Office skills, get in touch. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we start to review new options for our Housing Management system for which you’ll have a key role in working with the rest of the business.
