An enhanced DBS check and other pre-employment checks are required.ABOUT THE ROLEBishop Auckland College Group is seeking a motivated and organised Review Officer for Apprenticeships to join the Employment Services team. You will work closely with apprentices and employers across a range of occupational sectors, carrying out apprenticeship reviews, monitoring learner progress and ensuring compliance with funding regulations and quality standards.You will play a key role in supporting apprentices to achieve successful outcomes, identifying barriers to progress and working collaboratively with curriculum teams and employers to deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Carry out apprenticeship reviews with apprentices and employers across a range of occupational sectors- Monitor learner progress and ensure compliance with funding regulations and quality standards- Manage a caseload, maintaining accurate records and supporting learners through their apprenticeship journey- Identify barriers to progress and work collaboratively with curriculum teams and employers to resolve them- Support apprentices to achieve successful outcomes- Deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience in line with quality standardsABOUT YOU- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Experience of working with employers and learners- Proactive, customer-focused approach- Strong organisational and IT skills- Ability to confidently manage a caseload and maintain accurate records- Vocational experience relevant to apprenticeship delivery (essential)- Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area- IAG Level 2 qualification (or willingness to achieve within two years)- Passionate about education and learner developmentBishop Auckland College Group is committed to equality of opportunity, inclusion and diversity, and to the safeguarding and welfare of all learners.For an application pack contact: emma.walker@bacoll.ac.uk
