What Youll Be Doing

Candidate Sourcing

oIdentify and attract top talent using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and databases

oBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Screening & Assessment

oReview CVs and applications to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability

oShortlist high-potential candidates for further stages

Candidate Engagement

oBuild strong relationships with candidates through clear and professional communication

oKeep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process

Team Collaboration

oWork closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and priorities

oContribute to candidate shortlists and recruitment planning

Pre-qualification & Admin Support

oConduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and interest

oAssist with scheduling, coordination, and offer preparation
