- Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education

- Drive the smooth running of the setting, including staffing, planning, parent partnerships, and quality assurance
- Support staff development and cultivate a positive, reflective working culture
- A dynamic and confident leader
- Passionate about early years and outdoor learning
- Organised, proactive, and able to inspire others
- Experienced in managing or supervising within an Early Years setting
- Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5+ preferred)
- A supportive, friendly team that values creativity and curiosity
