What you will be doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Carry out in-depth market research to source top talent
• Establish and grow relationships with leading clients
• Manage your own pipeline of clients and candidates
• Own the entire recruitment process from outreach to placement
• Lead on salary and contract negotiations to secure top outcomes

What were looking for: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• A 2:1 or higher from university
• Previous work experience that shows a strong work ethic
• Evidence of high achievement (sports, competitions, awards, etc.)
• Money-driven with a clear goal-oriented mindset
• Confident, personable, and able to build strong relationships
• Resilient, motivated, and ready to take on challenges head-first
