We currently have an opportunity for Day Shift House Leader (Senior Carer) to join our Eothen Homes family; the successful candidate will be based in our dementia care home in Wallsend.
Day Shift House Leader (Senior Carer) hours will be36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts, working any 3 days out of 7.
As House Leader (Senior Carer), you will be expected to manage residents medication and take responsibility of the day-to-day running of the household, as well as demonstrating and promoting attitudes and beliefs consistent with being person centred. You will lead the staff team to use their mix of skills to enhance the wellbeing of the people living at the home. You will be required to communicate openly and regularly through meetings, one to one supervisions, coaching alongside care assistants and Domestics developing a clear strategy and plan that involves the full staff team.
