As part of Young Foundations, we work within a wider organisation committed to the provision of high‑quality care and education enabling brighter futures.Role Responsibilities• Support teachers in planning, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences• Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage positive participation and emotional safety• Provide individual and small‑group support tailored to pupil needs• Contribute to a calm, consistent and predictable learning environment• Lead or support extra‑curricular activities that promote confidence and wellbeing• Maintain accurate records and communicate pupil progress or concerns promptly• Support pupils in accessing learning, developing independence and celebrating success• Actively participate in professional learning and reflect on your practice
