We are looking for a Head of Housing and Customer Services – Permanent Role
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the new post of Head of Housing and Customer Services within the Operations Team.
Here is some key information you’ll want to know right away:
- Salary is £50,161 per annum plus a YHA car payment of £1,944 per annum
- Location: Our office is based at Monks Cross in York but you will be able to work flexibly with a blend of office and home working
- Regular travel will be required
- Hours: 37 Hours per week
As Head of Housing and Customer Services, you will be part of the leadership team at York overseeing our leasehold, general needs and supported housing. You will also have responsibility for customer insight and involvement, helping to ensure that our customers play a key role in decisions about how we deliver services. What will set you apart is your passion about the customer, your desire to innovate and your willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide the best possible customer experience. You will have a successful track record in managing high performing teams and experience of working in the social housing sector.
