We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operations Site Officer - Permanent Role

With a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of current health and safety legislation, you will take a lead role in the delivery of the grounds maintenance programme of works and be responsible for the delivery of daily targets set by the Grounds Maintenance Manager.

This is a permanent role

Salary is GBP 25,214 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of GBP 1887 per annum

Location: Chester-Le-Street

Hours: 37 Hours perweek (Monday to Friday) with flexi time

Regular travel will be required

A full UK driving licence is essential (Category B+E is desirable)
