Job Description

Hours: Part time and Full time opportunities – (Shifts 8.30am-4.30pm / 10am- 6pm)

Location: Citizens Advice County Durham, DRO Unit, Armstrong House, Abbey Woods Business Park, Durham, DH1 5GH. Hybrid working will be considered following completion of office based training.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £21,028 FTE (Real Living Wage)

Citizens Advice County Durham are currently seeking Call Handlers to join our telephone based Debt Relief Order Hub. We are looking for candidates that share our passion for changing people’s lives for the better.

Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, and our Call Handlers are the guiding hand to support our clients to achieve a debt solution that is right for them.

Successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing new client referrals, inputting their information onto our CRM system, arranging appointments and liaising with clients via telephone, email and letter throughout their DRO journey from the point of referral to a successful outcome.
