Job Description

Meadow Well Connected are a community hub based in North Shields. We are partners in the Building Better Opportunities:Wise Steps programme which is led by The Wise Group. This project supports those with multiple barriers to employment on a one-to-one basis over a 12 month period to help them overcome their barriers, build confidence and take positive new steps for their future. The programme includes a vital wellbeing element which reduces social isolation and increases confidence through group work, trips and other activities.

We are looking to employ a full time Wise Steps Coach to work with an existing cohort of clients and recruit new clients to the programme.

If you have experience of working with people in a coaching, mentoring, advice & guidance environment alongside case management experience and partnership working this could be the role for you. The contract is fixed term until December 2021.
