We began as a soup run supporting people who were homeless in the North East over 45 years ago, and are proud to still have our main base and central office in the North East. Since 1970, our services have grown and developed to support people experiencing a wide range of personal challenges, including addiction and recovery programmes, employment guidance, help for people in prison or on probation, and support for people experiencing sexual exploitation or domestic abuse.

About the job
We are recruiting temporary, hourly paid sessional workers, available for a variety of shifts as and when required across the North East and York. This includes supporting with shifts in many of our 24/7 accommodation projects.
Sessional staff are required to provide support to individuals in accordance with the aims, objectives, values, policies and procedures of Changing Lives.
To interact with people accessing our services on a day to day basis, coaching and providing advice.
Sessional workers provide much needed assistance to teams in ensuring service delivering and supporting vulnerable people.
