Job Description

Do you have high standards and outstanding attention to detail?

Do you have the perfect energy for a busy, passionate team?

We are actively recruiting an ambitious Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join SEAO Talent Partners. This is such an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategy and development of a brand new business at the outset.

Your role will be varied. You’ll be the face of our candidates’ journey, responsible for their application to advert through to interview with our partners. You’ll have many, varied working relationships – our own team, Vetting and our partners. If you’re looking to come in at 9am and administrate til 5pm this is not for you. This is so much more fun and your contribution will really add value to an emerging business with ambitious plans.

Sam is the brains (and limitless energy) behind the operation and has worked in talent acquisition forever. With Rachel, what you see is what you get, including high standards, straight talking and a love of stationery. Laura is the glue that holds us all together and is never afraid to get stuck in. Kirsty has pink hair, fingers in lots of cakes and loves meeting new people.

So where do you fit in;

  • Ideally have a proven background in in-house Recruitment
  • But strong commercial and business experience is essential
  • Ability to influence professionally
  • Have strong communication skills to facilitate telephone screening of candidates
  • Ideally have a successful track record of candidate management
  • Ability to drive performance in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business when required
  • Ability to travel across the UK if necessary
  • Full driving license holder

For you; city centre office location, on public transport route and with nearby parking, contributory pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, links to local charities, strong family values, flexible hours, excellent career progression, fun, engaging team environment with a well stocked cake stand.
