We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative - Joiner/Plumber, Permanent Role (Operations South)
We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative – Joiner/Plumber to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. Be fully capable in successfully undertaking and completing all aspects of the multi-trade role. This requires the individual to be fully competent in two or more trades, to deliver all aspects of this work to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
The successful applicant will operate within our south operational geographical area, which is divided into 3 sub-areas across this footprint – please see attached map.
Here is some key information you will want to know right away:
- This is a permanent full-time position
- Salary is £28,897 per annum
- 37 hours per week
- Working pattern is Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm
- The successful applicant will be required to work throughout the North East
- Company van provided
- There may be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime (please note there will be an expectation to work some Saturdays)
- The successful applicant will be required to participate in delivering our out of hours service (additional payments will apply)
