Citizens Advice Gateshead is an independent local charity committed to helping people find their way forward and overcome the problems they face.  We do this by providing free, confidential advice, and by campaigning to make society fairer for everyone.  We have strong values and we expect our people to live our values every day.

This is a telephone advice service and we are looking for candidates with a pleasant telephone manner, good listening skills and are strong communicators. 

As a supervisor you will meet the Civil Legal Advice Supervisor Standard. Above all, you will have a passion for your area of law, you will share our values and you will have the desire to provide high quality advice and excellent customer service.

Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

Salary: Supervisor scale £24,836 to £27,553 (dependant on experience).
