Job Description

Linskill and North Tyneside Community Development Trust (LNTCDT) have a vacancy for a Catering Manager / Head Chef to manage Café 32. 

Our customers are at the heart of the café which has developed into a hub for the community and regular visitors. We are looking for someone who is energetic, a positive team player, motivated to do a good job, problem solvers and are quick to learn. You will have a keen eye for detail, have high standards and be someone who can help draw the very best out of the team. You will be able to show loyalty and longevity in your work history to date and can provide solid references.

The successful applicant must have a recognised catering qualification and experience in the catering industry, possess strong social skills and have experience in staff management.

Experience in managing budgets, basic IT skills and communicating effectively, is also essential for this role.

This is a permanent post that is for 40 hours per week, £18,720 per annum

All job offers with LNTCDT are conditional on satisfactory DBS check, references and a probationary period of three months.
