We are looking for a Bricklayer (Multi Skilled) -
Operations South, Permanent Role
We are looking for a multi-skilled Bricklayer to join the team to assist Karbon Homesin delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised bricklaying trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience, and possess all the skills necessary to deliverall aspects of bricklaying works to a high standard in occupied and void,domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
You should hold the relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
The successful applicant will operate within our south operational geographical area, which is divided into 3 sub-areas across this footprint. - Please see attached map.

This is a full time position
Salary is GBP 25,602 per annum
37 hours per week
Working pattern is Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm
The successful applicant will be required to work throughout the North East
Company van provided
The successful applicant may be required to participate when required in delivering our out of hours service (additional payments will apply)
