We  are looking for a Bids and Business Development Coordinator - Permanent Role

We are looking to appoint a suitably  qualified and experienced individual to undertake the new post of Bids and  Business Development Coordinator within the Business Development Team.

Here  is some key information you will want to know right away:

  • This is a permanent role

  • Salary isGBP 26,182per annum

  • Location: Gosforth (with travel across our other sitesexpected)

  • Other travel may be required from time to time

  • Hours:37 hours perweek with flexi time

This is an exciting time to become part of the Business Development Team at Karbon Homes. We are seeking a dynamic  individual as we aim to transform and create exceptional services across the  business to internal and external customers. This role will support the  organisation in bid writing across all departments and supporting the team in  creating wider opportunities for the group through our ambitious Growth Strategy. The  successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience  of successfully coordinating high value and complex bids

  • The  ability to write winning bids and sales pitches

  • A  continuous improvement focus to develop quality bid documentation

  • An  understanding of bids and tendering in public services and/or the  building/property industry

  • Abilityto adapt and respond to a variety of other business development tasks outside  of day to day bid writing

  • Excellent  communication and influencing skills

  • An  education level to A-level or equivalent, plus a relevant administration or  business qualification
