Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wishes to take their first steps into a career within the field of Legal and Licensing.

Based in the Legal and Licensingdepartmentat Queen’s Buildings in Worksop, you will assist with the provision of Legal Services to the Council and with the delivery of the Council’s Licensing functions,and other members of the team with a full range of Legal and Licensing matters and provide a full range of legal administrative support.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your legal career within a Local Authority legal department.

You must:

·        Hold a minimum of 3 GCSE’s grades A-C/4-9

  • Have clear and effective communication skills (written and oral).
  • Possess an ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with others.
  • Have an ability to work on own initiative.
  • Have an ability to manage work activities
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated
  • Be confident and efficient
