About you

Are you passionate about learning? Do you strive for the best in everything you do, and think you could make a positive difference to lives of autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals? If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for people like you!

Working independently and as part of a team, you will support children and young people to access highly personalised programmes of study, with the aim of helping them to achieve their individual aspirations. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people-centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with both staff and pupils.

Whilst we value relevant experience, it is not essential for candidates to have previously worked with autistic individuals – all we ask is that you are hard-working, willing to learn and committed to promoting the positive development of children and young people. If you think you could be a good fit for Team NEAS, don't hesitate to apply.
