Weare looking for an ICT Housing Systems Specialist - Permanent Role

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the new post of ICT Housing Systems Specialist within the ICT Team.

Hereis some key information you'll want to know right away:

This is a permanent role

Salary is GBP 34,895 per annum

Location: Predominantly Gosforth and Greengates (Stanley)and attendance at other Karbon offices including York HA may be required

Regular travel will be required

Hours: 37 hours per week with flexi time

26 days annual leave increasing with service to 31 days

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Housing and supporting systems functionality to the business including Capita Open Housing, Kirona(DRS) Scheduling and Capita TotalMobile. Working as a member of the Housing and Finance Team they will be accountable for delivering the highest possible standard of ICT services in the area of Housing Database and Management Information Systems, support and advice for the team, while delivering high quality, cost effective, customer focused services.  They will identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns, providing guidance, training and feedback to support service delivery. They will also be involved with software implementation, UAT testing, training and support and upgrade UAT testing prior to live deployment as required.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

A strong record of demonstrable achievement in service delivery of Housing Systems

Comprehensive working knowledge of Housing software preferably with the Capita Open Housing product

Preferably have working knowledge and administration of Kirona (DRS) Scheduling software

Preferably have working knowledge and administration of Capita TotalMobile

Experience of software install, upgrade, system build and server patching is desirable

Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver service excellence

Relevant ICT qualification, or equivalent work experience

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related products
