Job Description

At Harbour we believe families have the right to live without the impacts of domestic abuse and thanks to new funding we are seeking additional female staff to work therapeutically with families affected by domestic abuse within our team in Redcar. 

Part time and full-time posts are available. These staff will work directly with families delivering one to one and group work interventions.

The post holders will need to be female* as they will be working closely with families in our refuges; we seek enthusiastic, individuals with the ability to engage effectively with families, a creative approach to problem solving and an ability to work with initiative. Experience of therapeutic support work will be beneficial.Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
