Job Description

This post will be based in the Customer Services Unit and located at the One Stop Shop, Queens Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop, you will be responsible for providing a front line service dealing with customer enquiries concerning Benefits, Council Tax, Planning and other Council matters, operation of the Council’s switchboard facilities as well as dealing with enquiries on behalf of our Partner agencies Nottinghamshire County Council and DWP

For all posts applicants for must be committed to providing a high level of customer care and possess good communication skills. You must be able to stay calm under pressure and deal with members of the public, Officers and Members in a courteous manner, be a team member and be flexible to meet the demands placed upon the team.
