tombola is a family owned company which operates the UK's, Spain's and Italy's biggest on-line bingo website.

Our approach is different to many of our competitors in that we produce all of our games ourselves; in fact just about every aspect of tombola is managed in-house.

What will you do?

Successful candidates will be joining an existing team of home-based Customer Service Agents who support players on the Italian version of the tombola website ( ).

To be a success in this role you will have:

  • Italian as your first language.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team.
  • The ability to travel to our Sunderland office when required.
  • The flexibility and dependability required for shift work.
  • Great people skills (patience and diplomacy are required on occasion!).
  • IT skills covering computers and mobile devices and the ability to problem solve customer issues remotely.
  • Access to a computer and a reliable broadband connection.

You’ll use the above to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop an expert-level knowledge of the site and games.
  • Be part of our Daily Task Rota (which includes activities such as: verifications, sin/ban processing, winners, complaints and failed transactions. These are managed via live chat, email and phone conversations.
  • Communicate important or unresolved issues to the rest of the team.

Additional Role Detail:

The roles are part time working approximately 20 hours per week. 

You will need to live with commuting distance of our Sunderland HQ as visits to our offices for training will be required.

The site operates 24/7, but opening times for Customer Services is 8.00 am – 11.00 pm
