Job Description

These two posts will be working in the Council’s Contact Centre based at Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop,providing an efficient switchboard function for the authority and a Golden Number service for Housing Services. These roles will deliver a high quality and effective responses to all customerenquiries and will provide relevant administration support and data entry to ensure software systems are up to date.

For all posts applicants for must be committed to providing a high level of customer care and possess good communication skills. You must be able to stay calm under pressure and deal with members of the public, Officers and Members in a courteous manner, be a team member and be flexible to meet the demands placed upon the team.
