Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in customer service and client relations, knowledge of the housing business, a passion to improve our services, and who shares and demonstrate our values of empowerment, respect, integrity, and adaptability.

You will be a collaborative and engaging individual with vision and creativity, and an enthusiastic desire to contribute to the development of a high performing Housing Service. You will have a clear understanding of asset management, health and safety and compliance within a social housing landlord setting, including gas safety, electrical safety, asbestos management, fire risk management, legionella control and management, Construction Design Management (CDM).

A proven track record of partnership working, strong people, team and change management skills will be beneficial.
