Job Description

About you

Do you have experience of working within a Homeless Organisation, Supported Housing or local authority environment Housing department or a registered landlord?

Do you have experience of working respectfully with individuals offering advice, guidance and support on housing and appropriate tenancy related information?

Do you have the skills working with and have knowledge of, the issues faced by vulnerable people, including those with substance use problems, mental health problems or a history of involvement with the Criminal Justice system?

Do you have experience of working in an environment that requires confidentiality?

If so, the Housing Management Worker Nights role may be the role for you.

Since 1970, our services have grown and developed to support people experiencing a wide range of personal challenges, including addiction and recovery programmes, employment guidance, help for people in prison or on probation, and support for people experiencing sexual exploitation or domestic abuse.

About the job

To provide rough sleepers with immediate safe secure accommodation in the Some Where Safe to Stay Service. To support the individuals with immediate housing needs and help secure more suitable accommodation in a timely manner.

To complete comprehensive move on assessments and work in partnership with the team around the individual to secure suitable move on.
