We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of Joiner within our Property Services team. The role available is within our Responsive Repairs team based at Newburn working in the Northeast Area.

The role has become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
About you
We are looking for a multi-skilled Joiner to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised joinery trade apprenticeship or qualification and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of joinery works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and experience and practical knowledge of multi-skilled works in other trades such as Plumbing, Plastering and Tiling works.
Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving license is essential.

- Joiner – Permanent
- Salary is £33,101 per annum
- Location: Throughout the Northeast
- 37 Hours per week
- The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment
- The successful applicant may be required to work throughout the Northeast
