We are recruiting for two roles:

Team Leader (Housing Support) will co-ordinate a supportive and effective housing management service to all clients living in Harbour refuges and other properties in Durham/Darlington. They will ensure that residents live in a safe and secure environment, properties are well maintained and that rents are received to secure the sustainability of the accommodation. This role is 30 hours per week.

Team Leader (Adult Support) will co-ordinate an effective support service for adult victims of domestic abuse which is person centred and solution focussed. Identifying and managing risk will remain a high priority for Harbour and its partners but the service must be delivered in a way which is trauma informed and recognises the needs and priorities of the client and their family. This role is 35 hours per week.

The post holders will need to be female* as they will be working closely with women in our refuges. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, compassionate women, with some experience of housing management practices and procedures or managing support teams working with vulnerable individuals and families.We are looking for excellent people skills, an aptitude for communication and an ability to work with initiative.Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
