Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Services Advisor with the Isos Group based at Gosforth, Newcastle.

With a focus on delivering a quality service the post holder will work closely with and pro-actively supporting the Team Leader in the day to day supervision of the Customer Services Team and drive forward service excellence.

Advising and respondingeffectively to allcustomerenquiries and requests in relation to any serviceprovidedby the Isos Housing Group other responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ensure team resources are effectively managed on a day to day basis
  • Leading on innovative digital projects as defined by the Customer Services Team Leader
  • Be a reference point for staff providing support and guidance as required. Where necessary, take ownership of more complex issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
  • Identify training needs and gaps in knowledge. Consider appropriate solutions and provide feedback to Team Leader
  • Identifying  customer needs and proactively promoting alternative access channels including digital methods
  • Supporting the digital service transformation in turn improving the customer experience through the proactive promotion of our on line services across the Group
  • Providing an effective and efficient comprehensive administration support service in accordance with service requirements

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will also have:

·        Excellent communication skills

·        A warm, approachable manner

·        Extensive experience using office applications including CRM software

·        Passion, drive and energy and enthusiasm
