An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Services Advisor with the Isos Group based at Gosforth, Newcastle.
With a focus on delivering a quality service the post holder will work closely with and pro-actively supporting the Team Leader in the day to day supervision of the Customer Services Team and drive forward service excellence.
