This is a new and exciting role, requiring a combination of effective organisational ability with a flair for creation and design.  The PA will work closely with the CEO in a demanding role within an expanding organisation.  As PA you will need to be confident, organised and be able to plan your working pattern for periods of intense administrative activity. The main focus of this post can be described within 4 key areas of responsibility:

  1. Providing/overseeing effective administrative support to the CEO, Trustees and Management Board

  2. Actively supporting the raising of mhm’s profile through coordinating, posting to and monitoring mhm external social media (eg Twitter, LinkedIn).

  3. Coordinating the timely management resolution of all complaints, confidential concerns and externally posted reviews of mhm received by the CEO

  4. Providing supportive line management and direction to any/all apprentices within scope of role

    Essential criteria includes a good standard of general education (GSCE or equivalent Inc. English & Maths), excellent organisational skills and recent experience of working in a similar environment at a senior administrative level. Desirable education NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in business administration or a relevant subject. Undergraduate / First Degree.
