Description

The Community Outreach Service offers support for children and adults to live independently, through an outreach service, working with individuals in their homes and local community and it is registered with the CQC.  Additional services include short break and respite into the home.  All support provided reflects and promotes our values that focus upon the individual service user as being at the centre of care, service planning and service delivery.

Able2 is part of Adult Services which support individuals to participate in a variety of activities and enterprise sessions.  It offers a busy, vibrant and varied environment that supports disabled adults with cerebral palsy, communication and sensory impairments and complex training needs.  We offer a choice of activities that meet people’s aspirations, needs and preferences, thus offering a very individual programme with support from a highly skilled and dedicated team.

A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar field is essential together with a full driving licence.
