We now have a role to fill in our Customer Services Team. It is an existing post, in a new organisation, with a great culture, excellent benefits, family friendly policies and an ambitious plan for the future. This role is to backfill one of our existing advisors who has been seconded to another role within the business.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor

This vacancy exists in our customer contact team based at Gosforth. The successful candidates will handle a wide range of customer enquiries received primarily by phone. There may also be a need to provide cover at other offices as required.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable.

Here is some key information you’ll want to know right away:

·     This is a fixed term contract until November 2018

·     Salary - Band 2 (£16,394 – £19,378)

·     Hours are currently 35 per week

·     Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4.30pm

·     The role is based in Gosforth
