The North East Contact Centre Academy supports improvements in organisational and employee performance within the customer contact environment. The Academy, part of City of Sunderland College is one of the first in the country to achieve the Training Quality Standard. The standard is an employer-endorsed mark of quality, introduced by the Learning and Skills Council, which demonstrates our excellence in delivering flexible and responsive training provision for employers.
The Academy integrates training, education, coaching and consultancy services, enabling us to offer flexible, responsive solutions for your organisation. We offer progression through educational levels which are mapped to roles and occupational standards including advisors, team leaders, managers, coaches and those working within a specialist support role.
