Harbour has worked for over 34 years to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable families through services addressing domestic abuse and other disruptive lifestyles.
The organisation now works across Stockton, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, East Durham and North Tyneside.
We operate five refuges for women and children fleeing domestic abuse, adult and children's outreach services working in the community, offer a counselling service for victims of sexual violence and run programmes for perpetrators of domestic abuse.
