Job description

We are looking for a qualified  general practice nurse to join our small friendly single handed practice in Rickleton. We have just under 2000 patients, are fully computerised using EMIS PCS and are paper light.

The successful applicant will be self motivated, able to work on their own initiative, enthusiastic, pro-active and committed to high standards with a proven track record of delivering high quality nursing care.

Applicants should hold a RCN First Level Nurse qualification and be fully conversant in chronic disease management in primary care.
