Job description

Additional full-time Practice Nurse required to join our experienced nursing team. You will have chronic disease management experience together with excellent clinical and communication skills.

You must be flexible and demonstrate a commitment to providing high standards of care.

We use EMIS computers but are soon moving to System 1, are paperless and achieve high standards of care for our patients
