Morgan Hunt's client is seeking to employ a Board Support Coordinator to provide high level support service functions.
The responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring the provision of all appropriate information and documentation and maintaining an accurate record of the business discussed in minutes
-Assisting the Secretary to the Board in the preparation and distribution of a regular weekly briefing packs for members of the Board
-Assisting in the organisation of meetings, workshops, seminars, training and social events as appropriate.
-Liaising with the Finance department to co-ordinate the payments for consumables, hospitality, or office supplies as required
-Facilitating the signing of contracts and use of the Seal in line with Corporate Governance Framework Manual.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
-Strong experience in Executive Level minute taking and Committee work
-Experience of organising highly complex events, highly complex diary management
-Attention to detail is absolutely essential
-Ability to use initiative
-knowledge of the NHS is desirable
