Job description

Springhill Court Extra Care Scheme in Easingwold provides 24 hour care,
maintaining each person's independence whilst ensuring a high quality care
service. You will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the people
at night, contacting emergency services when necessary and the safety and
security of Springhill Court. You will be required to work some weekends and
must be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness absence. Previous
experience in a care role and possession of NVQ1/HSC1 in Care is desirable
however, you must be committed to your own personal and professional
development.

You will be required to have good verbal and written communication skills.
