Home Group is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead our Live Smart @ Home team based at Hartlepool with responsibility for managing our mid-market rented homes across the North East of England and Yorkshire, and our Scarborough-based team managing general needs housing. This role is for a 2 year fixed term contract.
This is an exciting and challenging position as we're looking for someone who has the skills and abilities to manage both mid-market rented and general needs homes, and an inspirational leader who can lead their team to provide brilliant basics and magic touches for our customers.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate good business acumen with excellent private rental and/or neighbourhood management knowledge. You'll also be able to influence improvements and provide brilliant services to support Home Group moving into the upper quartile in the housing sector.
The role will involve travel and you'll need to hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
