Job description

West Road Medical Centre is a 9,000 patient multiethnic urban practice employing 18 staff and is part of Bridges CCG.  We are looking for a confident, forward thinking manager equipped both to represent the outward face of the practice and provide strong management within for a healthy, happy team. 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, experience in managing teams, and good IT and financial management skills. A working knowledge of the NHS and in particular Primary Care would be an advantage.
