Supporting the Change Team Manager in delivering an effective Change and Transition Management Strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of Home's change agenda into our corporate vision and strategy. Utilising your analytical, commercial and strategic thinking approach, your expertise of ER, HR processes and best practice change management will enable you to support key stakeholders and support delivery of the building our new home programme. Your commitment to delivering excellent customer service will be matched by your detailed knowledge of Employment Law and determination to drive and deliver Home's change agenda.
As this post will involve some travel, you must hold a full current driving licence and have continual access to a car.
