Complaints/PALS Officer - NHS - Essex - Start ASAP

Morgan Hunt are currently sourcing for an experienced Complaints/PALS Officer to join a busy NHS unit on a temporary basis for the next 3 months.

Experience needed for the position:

* Previous experience of working as a Complaints/PALS Officer
* Evidence of dealing with the public
* Can handle difficult conversation (resilience and compassion)
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Experience of working in a team
* Experience of dealing with sensitive data in a professional manner
