We are looking for an Administrator, who will provide a customer focused and effective administration service to colleagues within the region or across the relevant function; you will be working as part of an area administration team. The post is 35 hours per week, which is fixed not flexible.
You will support colleagues in effective diary management and the facilitation of meetings including minute taking, producing agendas and booking travel/venues/accommodation. Previous relevant experience will be highly advantageous. The successful applicants will also be detail focussed and able to demonstrate the ability to accurately record information.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel. You must have the ability to work as an effective team member with minimum supervision.
