Job description


Fixed term to end of July 2012.

You will be working within our communities to understand and translate our customers concerns within their neighbourhoods, identifying where action is required and providing timely feedback when necessary.  You will also be responsible for providing customers with accurate information about our existing services and available support.  You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to show compassion for customer’s circumstances.  


Working within a team environment you will be flexible in your approach to work and will contribute to the development and shaping of future services.
