Job description

The development and implementation of information system solutions, as well
as the support of existing systems, is an integral part of North Yorkshire
County Council's ICT Strategy. This strategy is part of an ambitious and
far-reaching programme of modernisation, focusing on a business driven
approach to supporting the Authorities diverse workload and key objectives.

You will need to demonstrate that you have experience of developing and
testing information system applications using Web, workflow or database
technologies, including one or more of the following;

C#.Net
BizTalk
K2
Blackpearl workflow
XML
SQL Server
Coldfusion
Oracle


PRINCIPAL ANALYST PROGRAMMER
Full / Part Time positions available
Salary £30,851 - £33,661

As a Principal Analyst Programmer within the Development Team of ICT
Services, you will be involved in all aspects of systems analysis and
programming.


· Do you have considerable experience of developing systems to


customer requirements and have ambitions to move into a more leading role?


· Do you have practical experience of the technical issues associated


with the development, testing and support of IT systems within a networked
environment?


· Are you able to demonstrate a 'customer care' approach to work? Do


you have the ability to grasp and assimilate new technologies, software and
information?

SENIOR ANALYST PROGRAMMER
Full / Part Time positions available
Salary £26,276 - £28,636

As a Senior Analyst Programmer within the Development Team of ICT Services,
