An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the administration team working to deliver a high level of administrative support to the Stockton Recovery Service. As first point of contact within the service, you will ensure all visitors receive a friendly and efficient service and that all calls and visits are dealt with promptly and courteously.
The successful candidate will have an exceptional level of administrative and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work independently, productively and flexibly across operational sites within an agreed number of hours as required to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. You will have the ability to work confidently with service users and outside agencies to contribute in the effective delivery of service provisions.
The post holder will contribute to the effective monitoring and maintenance of data systems and will have excellent knowledge of IT packages including Word and Excel. You will be required to input data accurately and to a high standard in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements. You will be required to carry out general administrative duties including the maintenance of stationery stock, photocopying and archiving client information in line with the Data Protection Act.
The post holder will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular training courses, supervision and appraisal.
